Willow Reopens After COVID19 Lockdown

Willow is open for the first time this year after going into lockdown in March 2020. This restart has been supported by a Asda Foundation Grant for Bringing Communities Back Together enabling us to put COVID safety measures in place; including hand sanitiser stations, paper towel dispensers and new signage to maintain social distancing and wearing a face mask along with a one-way route to enter the garden site. Our gradual reopening is limiting the numbers on the workshops and running these sessions outside only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To help keep everyone safe we’ve also given out individual welcome back packs consisting of a reusable face mask, hand sanitiser tube and tissues as well as safety tips on the new normal at Willow.

After what the last year has brought us, we were thrilled to restart gardening workshops and get back to what we do best. We hope you can join us and ask visitors to be respectful of the COVID secure measures in place at Willow.
